Six different ab-toning segments led by two superb instructors. Any one of these sections by itself will give you a great workout and together, they take core training to a whole new level. Each section uses distinct exercises and equipment to challenge your core in completely different ways (while each instructor's unique personality adds even more variety). A medicine ball is used in two segments; it boosts resistance and promotes longer/shorter lever movements. A stability ball is used in another two sections; it allows balance exercises and full-range-of-motion routines. The remaining sections use no equipment; they emphasize classic abdominal floorwork.
